let it snow in 3D studio max

today we made snow in 3d studio max, to do this we first opened up the program, then we first created a plane for the snow to 'fall' on (it will not create a pile of snow in the video), then we go to the particle systems under the drop down menu on the side, once done you then select the particle effect snow, you then go the the top view window and drag out the snow effect, after positioning it you then need to go to render and click the range button to create a video, after saving the file after clicking the save option under render output, after this click render to create the video.
here is a render i did earlier, I've added a building in it as well.

next up is volume lights now to do this you first need to create a spot light and move into position, after this you need to go to atmosphere and effects, select add and then select volume light once done you then need to click the tool bar under decay and select inverse and after add shadows to it.
